We catch up with the lovely Jose Wickert at AMCK.

How did you get into modelling?
I was in an exhibition at the Liberty department store, and a photographer who was doing a job for Hermes approached me and invited me to do a job for Hermes. After that the stylist booked me for an eyewear job, so I decided to approach a modelling agency.

What are you passionate about?
Being able to meet people from all over the world and help them express their aesthetics views fascinates me.

What do you do when you're not modelling?
I spend lots of time in touch with my friends and family by internet and studying. I'm starting my second BA course this September.

What is your favorite modelling experience to date?
It's so hard to pick just one. I always get the chance to meet someone nice and genuine, learn something about photography, styling etc. The night before I have a shoot I always wonder who will I be working with, where are they from, and so on.

What is fashion to you?
It's a mix of social science, art, skills and business.

Give us three random facts about yourself.
I've study law for 5 years.
When I was born my parents were 17.
I love dogs.

Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years time?
I don't know where I wanna be, but I'm sure I wanna be happy. Doing something that fullfills me, being health, enligthed, surrounded by people who I care for.

Describe a perfect weekend.
A perfect weekend should start with good weather, a bank holiday, family and friends. Long sleeping hours. Peaceful and preferably by the beach.

Tell us something people don't know about you.
I don't think I have any secrets.

What makes you laugh?
My flatmates and I have our daily laugh after dinner. We sit together for a chat, relax and laugh a lot.
