“It's Above You” is a beautiful editorial in the latest issue of Supplementaire Magazine shot by our very own Cecilie Harris. A bit of a Boys by Girls favourite due to the complete focus on the male subject in its almost natural form. It is everything that our project is about; capturing male beauty and we adore what each boy gave us for this story.

This 6 page preview of the 8 page editorial features James Myhill, Dudley O'Shaughnessy, Matthew Bell, Tom Norkett, Misa Patinszki and Jay Camilleri. The series also includes Jason Rose and Egor Zakiryaev. Sometimes simplistic and raw, showcases beauty in the best way. All the boys look ruggedly handsome, yet at the same time somewhat innocent and captivating. Styling: Aigul Sembayeva. Grooming: Eimear Sweeney, Alexis Day and Samantha Brownell.

As the title indicates the light the model had to work with was right above them, so the boys had to be creative in their poses and approach. Together with the empty backdrop and this soft lighting effect, we as viewers are able to be completely seduced by the male being and feel every emotion that they are portraying. Shot after shot the boys draw you in to perfection and a sense of calm.
