You know him as ‘J’ Cody in ‘Animal Kingdom’ and Michael Gray in ‘Peaky Blinders’. British actor Finn Cole has been delivering stand-out performances the last few years and is making a real impact across borders. With more around the next corner, it was time for us to highlight the wonders of Finn Cole.

Gracing the actor cover for our Autumn Winter ’18 issue, ’The Dreamers’, we get a chance to dive in deep. As we settle in on a comfy sofa randomly placed in a garden on the overheated grass of the London summer, conversation flows and we get a rare glimpse into the world of Finn. His own kingdom, if we may play with words a little. As charming as expected, it is his humble honesty and vulnerability that comes as a welcome surprise. We talk about being British, acceptance, the strength of women, what he dreams about, and self-discovery amongst a myriad of other things.

"I have this crazy idea of the grass always being greener - it’s something I have battled with. Always wanting to be there and not wanting to be here. Acceptance is something that comes with time, and every day I’m slowly starting to realise this."

Cecilie Harris captures the talented actor in the midst of the heated London summer. From the vulnerable moments to his boyish adventurous side to his strength - and all the moments in-between. Christopher Preston dresses him in youthful styles, mixing the classic with welcomed bursts of colour. From Burberry adding that perfect British flair, to relaxed hoodie looks by Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger and AMI.
